3. User Responsibilities

- Keep your contact information up to date
- Notify us of any changes that may affect our services

4. Payment Terms
Project-Based Work
- 50% upfront payment required
- Remaining 50% due upon completion
- Payment terms: Net 30 days
- Late fees: 1.5% per month
Ongoing Services
- Monthly billing in advance
- Payment due within 15 days
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- 30-day cancellation notice required
Important: Services may be suspended for non-payment after 30 days past due.
5. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project.
Our Ownership
We retain rights to our methodologies, tools, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property.
Third-Party
Some projects may use third-party libraries or services subject to their own licensing terms.
Portfolio Rights
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

- Immediate termination for breach
- Non-payment after 30 days

10. Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably:
- Direct Communication: Contact us directly to discuss the issue
- Mediation: If needed, we'll engage in good-faith mediation
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration as a last resort
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by Ugandan law
